Plate Heat Exchangers

Plate heat exchangers of Z series made by Buran Boiler LLP can work with power starting at 10kW and up to 2mW. Modern technologies of our factory gives the opportunity to manufacture high quality products for a long-term application in industry and household.

Heat exchangers are manufactured according to ST 70755-1910-LLP-05-2013 and have certificates of Conformity of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.

Buran Boiler LLP is a manufacturer of gasketed plate heat exchangers with glueless seals. The CRONOS mark heat exchangers have a compact design and high thermal efficiency.

The plate heat exchanger is a package of corrugated plates. The two channels are formed between the plates, that are conducting cold and warm environment. Liquids are held in countercurrent on both sides of the plate.

The range of plate heat exchangers is very wide - from the largest devices with maximum heat transfer surfaces and costs of about 2000 m² and 3600 m³ / h to the smallest with the minimum values of the same parameters below 1 m² and 0.13 m³ / h, respectively.

Each model of a plate heat exchanger can solve several technological problems: heating and cooling various liquids at industrial plants, air conditioning, cooling liquids during the technological process, etc.

The collapsible heat exchanger is sealed with EPDM rubber seals. It has a wide range of applications.
